Dear HP Software Customer,

We regret to announce the obsolescence of our complimentary support automation service, "HP Software Self-Healing Services", effective immediately for all versions. Recent evaluation of priorities across our support and service offerings have necessitated this difficult tradeoff decision in order to ensure that we are delivering the best overall value possible to our customers.

As the decommissioning of this service is underway, HP recommends that all customers disable or uninstall the HP Software Self-Healing Services software from their systems at this time. Please refer to the directions below for more details.

Despite cessation of this service, HP remains committed to meeting your HP Software support needs through our global support delivery teams and HP Software Support Online portal.

Should you have any questions about this end of availability communication, please contact your local HP sales representative or HP software business partner.

For additional technical assistance and information, please visit HP Software Support Online

HP once again wishes to thank you for choosing HP Software products and services. We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to serve your business needs in the future.

Sincerely,
HP Software Support
