Hewlett-Packard (HP) announced on October 10, 2005 that it will be discontinuing the HP Partner Care Extended program. This notification is being sent to all existing Partner Care Extended customers to make you aware of this support announcement and to inform you of next steps/actions. HP support for Partner Care Extended is scheduled to end on December 10, 2005.
The following product numbers will be affected by this announcement:
U2461AA #005 (5-incident pack)
U2461AA #012 (12-incident pack)
U2461AA #025 (25-incident pack)
If you have an existing Partner care extended contract that was not expired on October 1st, 2005 and have not heard from HP by March 24th, 2006 please submit a 'Partner Care contract query'.
