HP announced on March 11th it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire TruLogica, Inc., a privately held provider of IT user-provisioning software headquartered in Dallas. Terms of the deal, which is subject to customary closing conditions, were not disclosed.
TruLogica's innovative software automates the time-consuming process of managing user privileges across multiple technology systems, instantly allowing end users access to the right IT resources according to predetermined policies and processes.
