Now Available - HP Web Application Implementation Service

Available Feb 1, 2005 in Americas, HP Web Application Implementation Service provides a rapid implementation of a variety of HP OpenView technologies focused on web application measurement by experienced HP engineers who will quickly and effectively deploy an operations-ready solution.
This solution, which focuses on web application performance from a health metrics and transactional view, addresses the following:
- End to End web application performance as viewed from the client in either an emulated or actual mode
- J2EE or Microsoft technologies application server performance and health
- Web server performance and health
The Web Application Implementation service provides as a basis, the installation and product set-up of OpenView Transaction Analyzer (V3.0), OpenView Internet Services and Web application set-up to monitor and manage the performance of their web based applications. The base service is fixed price.
A customer may also select a combination of Extended Services in addition to the Base Service that allows extending the implementation to map customer configuration. Their pricing is based on a daily rate evaluated depending on the specifics of what is included in the implementation.

HP Tech Installation & Start-up Services for HP OpenView

A program offering pre-defined software services for new HP OpenView technologies, based on standard product features set-up and fixed price model.
Today the ability to integrate new technologies quickly and efficiently among an existing solution is a key requirement to remain competitive. However, given the demands of day-to-day operations, time isn't always available for your staff to learn and implement new tools and procedures.
With HP Tech Installation and Startup services, HP software management experts propose a quick and successful operation-ready installation and startup for your HP OpenView software, along with focused, on-site skills transfer.
HP Tech Installation and Startup services for OpenView are now available for:
- HP OpenView Performance Insight (OVPI) V4.6 and V5.0
- HP OpenView Radia Fast Implementation V4.0
- HP OpenView Web Application Implementation Service (OVTA & OVIS based)
In March 2005 in Americas and EMEA, the following service will be available:
- HP OpenView Business Process Insight Pilot Implementation Service (OVBPI), a service to customers who want to understand and experience the benefits of the OpenView Business Process Insight technology by monitoring the health of one business process within your organization.
In April 2005, HP OpenView Operational Services will become available. These services aim at supplying pre-defined, scoped and fixed price post-installation services i.e. configuration and performance review, tuning, upgrades...etc.
