Program overview

Hewlett-Packard (HP) announced on October 15, 2005, that it is replacing its HP OpenView Smart Plug-in for Data Network Devices (DND SPI) product by offering similar functionality within the HP OpenView Network Node Manager Advanced Edition version 7.5 (NNM AE 7.5).

While the DND SPI may continue to meet your immediate needs, HP recommends that all customers migrate to NNM AE 7.5. For technical information on how best to complete this migration, please refer to the DND SPI migration white paper in the program documentation section below.
