Hewlett-Packard (HP) is announcing the discontinuance of HP Service Desk (SD) 4.5 products. HP is committed to providing the highest level of customer care to you while you determine your future strategy for your HP Service Desk products, and will provide support as indicated by the dates listed below.
For every customer who would benefit from additional time to plan and initiate the migration to Service Manager, HP offers the opportunity to receive support during 2010, but bug fixes will be limited to Severity Level One issues during 2010. End of Sale date has been extended to December 31, 2009. Please review the Customer Letter July 2009 for additional details.
