Program overview

Hewlett-Packard (HP) is announcing that HP OpenView Network Node Manager (NNM) versions 5.x, 6.0, 6.01, 6.1. 6.2, 6.30, 6.31; HP OpenView Network Node Manager Extended Topology (NNM ET) versions 1.50, 1.51; HP OpenView Problem Diagnosis (PD) version 1.0; and HP OpenView Customer Views (CV) version 1.2 have reached Version Maturity. HP support for these products will be provided as indicated by the dates listed below.

HP strongly recommends that our customers who utilize Network Node Manager version 5.x to 6.31 inclusive as well as the above versions of NNM Extended Topology, Customer Views and Problem Diagnosis upgrade to the most current version of that software. Please note that functionality of NNM Extended Topology and Problem Diagnosis has been integrated into Network Node Manager 7.x Advanced Edition.

Note that this announcement includes End Of Support dates that have been communicated previously with the introduction of new versions of the products this announcement concerns.
