Quality Center depends on Java and the underlying operating systems for Daylight Savings Time support. The JRE used by JBoss can be updated using the tzupdater tool from Sun.

QuickTest Professional and WinRunner rely on the operating system for Daylight Saving Time support.
The only problem that may occur is with seat licenses that have time limitations. If Windows supports the DST change, the license manager will support it as well. However, many customers are running scripts to change the current time. The license manager treats the DST change as a manual change, possibly causing clock tampering problems. To address any problems, the license manager will provide a key to clear the clock (safenet).
