HP Software sells a number of product bundles that include multiple products under a single product number.
While you will see the bundle name listed on the Support Contract Information page and the Case Manager, it does not show up in Self-Solve Knowledge search, patches or manuals as only individual products are listed. If you cannot find your product when searching in the knowledge base, patch list or manuals library, uncheck "Show only my Products" above the product list which enables you to see all products (and not just those on the contracts linked to your HP Passport).
When submitting a case on a product that is part of a bundle, please select the bundle name and indicate in the Case Details the individual product and version that your incident is related to. Make sure you only select the bundle, if you do not have the individual product listed - this will speed up the process of finding the right resource for your issue. |
